AI Week 2025 brings together the OSU community and leading industry partners for a week of exploration, innovation, and hands-on learning. This year, we're building on the momentum of previous events with even more ways to connect, engage, and imagine the future of artificial intelligence.

This year a dedicated AI Week committee, representing faculty, researchers, staff, students and technologists, has shaped a robust lineup of events designed to spark curiosity and collaboration across our community. Whether you're a student just getting started or a researcher pushing the boundaries of what's possible, there's an event for you.

Registration FAQs

How do I register for AI Week Events?

Note: Members of the OSU Community with an ONID can log in to the Events Calendar for a quicker registration process. Follow these instructions for logging in.

  1. Navigate to the AI Week schedule of events. 

  1. Click the event you would like to attend. 

  1. Click the Register button. 

  1. If the event occurs on multiple dates, select the date you would like to attend from the dropdown menu. 

  1. Select the number of tickets you need. Some events have both in-person and virtual attendance options. Be sure to select the option you prefer. Then click Continue. 

  1. Enter the first and last name and email address for each attendee you are registering, then click Continue. 

  1. Enter your first and last name and email address for contact information for this registration, then click Register. 

  1. You will then see a summary of your order, and you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket attached. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please reach out to Kelsi Webb at [email protected].

How do I cancel my registration?

If you have registered for an event but can no longer attend, you can cancel your registration by following these steps: 

  1. Navigate to the event you’d like to cancel. There are a few options to access the event page: 

    • You can find a link to the event in your confirmation email under “Share your plans with friends”.

    • In-person event confirmation emails will also have a link to Go to My Ticket at the end of the email, which will take you to your order summary. 

    • You can find the event in the AI Week schedule of events.  

  1. When you visit the event page, your Order Summary may automatically display. If it doesn’t, click the Register button for the event you’d like to cancel to view your order summary. 

  1. Scroll toward the bottom of your order summary and click the link to Cancel or Request a Refund under “Share Your Plans”. 

  1. Select which ticket(s) to cancel and click Submit Request. This will cancel your ticket, and your order summary will update the ticket status to “Cancelled.” 

  1. If you would like to re-register for the event, click the link to Buy More Tickets on your Order Summary.
